Here at Ruby we accurately record all of your daily financial transactions, breaking down individual Sales and Purchases in such a way as to produce the most meaningful management reports for the individual business. All of these transactions are recorded in the General (Nominal) Ledger. The original documents will also be filed in an orderly manner and referenced to the accounts so that a single document can be found quickly and easily at any point in the future.
